     Ground goat meat can be substituted for ground meat in any recipe.  We like to mix ground goat with ground beef.
      Remember - when choosing a recipe for cuts of goat meat, it is best to cook it for a longer time, at a low, moist heat.  The reward is worth the extra wait!
